Shipping Notice

The Canada Post strike has resolved and we have re-activated our Canada Post deliveries, but we are continuing to suspended all delivery time guarantees due to slow downs across the delivery network. Purolator will continue to be a courier option in some areas. Expect delays in all order delivery times. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. We will re-instate delivery guarantees once Canada Post does so themselves.


Any order placed from the Territories, PO Boxes, or select rural postal codes will be delivered via Canada Post.


Free Shipping Offer

For a limited time, Eclipse is offering FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all online orders over $75 (after applied discounts and before taxes). Gift cards and shipping do not count towards the purchase total. The cost of shipping will be automatically deducted during the checkout process for all eligible orders. No coupon code is required. The Free Shipping Offer does not apply to orders being shipped to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

Canada Post Air Stage Communities

We provide shipping service to all Canadian postal codes. However, some northern and remote areas of Canada designated by Canada Post as "Air Stage" have longer estimated delivery times. If you live in one of these communities ground shipping can take 7-14 days to be delivered. Air (XpressPost) can take 4-8 business days to be delivered to these areas.

In-Store Gift Cards

Eclipse In-Store Gift Cards purchased online will be sent by ground postal service at no charge. For orders containing both merchandise and Eclipse In-Store Gift Cards, the In-Store Gift Cards are shipped separately from the parcel containing merchandise. Please note that in-store gift cards cannot be shipped to a post office.

Orders Containing Multiple Items

For orders that contain multiple items, each item may be shipped from a different location. Therefore, you may receive each item separately, on different dates. You will not be charged any additional shipping charges should this occur.

International Shipping

At this time, eclipsestores.com only ships within Canada.

Online Purchases:

With the exception of final sale items, merchandise  purchased from eclipsestores.com after November 1, 2024 may be returned  in-store or by mail until January 8, 2025. Items returned by mail must be post-marked on or before January 8, 2025  to be eligible for the Extended Holiday Return Policy. In compliance with our permanent return  policy, merchandise must be in its original condition with all tags attached, and  accompanied by the original packing slip. Refund will be issued in the original method of payment.

Purchases made at an Eclipse, or Eclipse Basic Location: 

With the exception of final sale items, merchandise purchased after November 1,  2024 may be returned until January 8, 2025. In compliance with our permanent return policy, merchandise must be in  its original condition with all tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt. Refund will be issued in the original method  of payment.

Gift receipts do not qualify for a refund.

We will gladly refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date, all unwashed, unworn, and fully tagged eligible merchandise in its original condition in any Eclipse store, when accompanied by the original packing slip. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds will be issued in the form of payment originally used to complete the purchase. Please note that original shipping fees will not be refunded. You may exchange an online purchase in person at any Eclipse location. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges of merchandise purchased online by mail.

If an Online Gift Card is used for payment, all returned products must be sent by mail in order to receive a credit on your Online Gift Card. If returned in-person, an in-store gift card will be issued.

Note on PayPal orders: To receive a credit on your PayPal account, products must be returned by mail. For in-person returns to store, an in-store gift card will be issued.

To return the item by mail, you must enclose the original packing slip with the item. Keep a copy of this document for your records.

If you do not have your original packing slip, include the following information with your return:

  • Billing name, address, and phone number
  • Shipping name, address, and phone number
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure you ship your package to the correct location. 

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. 

Keep a record of the tracking number for the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the eclipsestores.com office.

We do our best to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. If we shipped you the wrong item, or if you find an item to be defective, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Do not return the item before contacting us, as we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you return a defective item or an item received in error without contacting us first, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

You may exchange an online purchase in person at any one of our Eclipse or Rio stores. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges of Eclipse merchandise by mail. Alternatively, you may follow the instructions for returning an item by mail and re-order a new item. Because the availability of items can change quickly, we recommend placing a new order right away.

Return Policy for In-Store Purchases

We will gladly refund, within 14 days of purchase, all unwashed, unworn, and fully tagged eligible merchandise in its original condition, when accompanied by the original sales receipt. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns.

Refunds will be issued in the form of payment originally used to complete the purchase. If you do not have the original receipt, you will be credited the current selling price of the item(s) in the form of an Eclipse gift card. To process the refund, you will be required to give your name and telephone number. Please note that we will handle this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Some items purchased in store are final sale (see list below) and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

We will accept exchanges of unwashed, unworn and fully tagged eligible merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of purchases. After 30 days, we will no longer accept exchanges. You may exchange a purchase in person at any Eclipse or Rio location. Some items purchased in store are final sale (see list below) and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
